Questions about plans
Does one subscription cover both parents' phones?
Yes. Plus belongs to your Ghaya family, so everyone in it gets Plus on their own phones.
Who can buy or cancel Plus?
The account holder, the parent who set up the family or whoever they handed it to. Others see "Ask a parent".
What happens to my second child and our photos if we cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Everyone and everything stays, and you can't add more than Free allows until you come back to Plus.
What happens to our connected AI if we move to Free?
It's paused, not deleted. It can't see or change anything until you're back on Plus, and you can disconnect it any time.
Is pocket money real money?
Ghaya keeps the record. You decide what a point is worth and hand over the money yourself.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no time limit, so you can use Ghaya for as long as you like before choosing Plus.
How do I cancel or ask for a refund?
Plus is billed by Apple. Cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Ghaya Plus renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Prices are shown in your local currency on the App Store and include VAT where it applies.
